Terms and Conditions for Car Inspection

These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Artheti-Cars our and the customer regarding car inspection services. By requesting or purchasing our car inspection service, you agree to the following:

1. Inspection Services

1.1 The car inspection service involves a professional evaluation of the vehicle to identify visible and detectable issues.
1.2 The scope of the inspection is limited to the items agreed upon during the booking. The inspection does not guarantee the detection of all potential defects or future issues.
1.3 The inspection is a visual and functional evaluation only; it is not an in-depth mechanical diagnosis unless otherwise specified.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 The cost of the car inspection service is outlined in the invoice or service agreement.
2.2 A nonrefundable fee is required upfront to secure the booking and cover administrative and operational costs. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, dissatisfaction with the results, or if you decide not to purchase the inspected vehicle.
2.3 Full payment must be made prior to the inspection.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 You must provide accurate details about the vehicle and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
3.2 It is your responsibility to obtain permission from the vehicle owner if you are not the owner of the vehicle being inspected.
3.3 If the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible at the agreed time and location, the nonrefundable fee will still apply, and a new booking will require additional fees.

4. Inspection Result

4.1 The inspection report reflects the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for any subsequent changes to the vehicle’s condition.
4.2 The report is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a warranty or guarantee.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the inspection report or your decision to purchase or not purchase the inspected vehicle.
5.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

6.1 Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 to 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6.2 Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the nonrefundable fee.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the car inspection service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the nonrefundable fee policy.
